Can not put gas in without spewing out when filling

This sounds like a lack of ventilation in your fuel tank evaporative emissions components. They should be checked for proper operation. If there is a restriction somewhere, it will prevent proper fuel filling. I would also suggest to try multiple different fueling stations, as some fueling stations have concerns with some vehicles.
