That means the TCM detected a error in the transmission i would reset it and if it comes back on i would try to get the transmission diagnose.

Transmissions are very reliable in these Camrys. I agree reset the light and see if it returns. Perhaps get the transmission oil hot drain, remove the transmission oil pan and inspect for debris on the magnet, change the filter and gasket, reseal and refill with fresh fluid.

Ok thanks this is where I am at, at this point I just purchased the shift solenoid #3 which is -E this is a dealer item the part # is 85240-20110 you can find the diagram in the Toyota nation web page. to determine which solenoid you need.
