What is your question?
1999 Toyota Camry 2.2L 4Cyl. Auto Trans, 65k miles. I am getting a DTC Code 1133. Variable SwrlCntrl Sol. Valve Bank 2. Using a OBD II scan tool at Advanced Auto. But my Toyota service manual says it is A/F out of range. I have 4 questions: 1. What is a Variable SwrlCntrl Sol. Valve? 2. What does it do? 3. Where is it? 4. How can I have a Bank 2 on an inline 4 Cyl? The A/F out of range I understand. I would be grateful for any help understanding this, Thank You.

Hey Pvt, Looking at the Mitchell Info, it say's the P1133 is for the Air/Fuel Sensor Circuit Response (Calif. Emissions). I believe there is an updated sensor to address this code if the wiring is OK. See TSB EG009-99. Old Part# 89467-33010 New Part# 89467-33011 Check with Toyota for the latest part in case this info is out of date.
Thanks for the reply bret, I looked at the TSB and I don't fall in the Vin # for the updated part but will ask at the dealer tomorrow. Any idea why the OBD scanner said that other stuff and what is that part anyways? Now I need to figure out how to check the A/F with just an old volt/ohm meter (I used the scanner at Advanced Auto) the service manual just explains the procedure for a OBD scanner or the Toyota scanner.
Not sure but maybe the scanner they used doesn't have the correct Toyota OE info. If the info you have shows voltage or resistance readings you should be able to check the sensor by back probing the connector terminals, just make sure you connect the meter correctly and have the meter set correctly. Good Luck!
