A short push by hand or at slow speeds across the street as long as done safely, preferably with someone to help direct traffic, should not pose any issues. It is towing a vehicle, especially automatics longer distances and at high speed, on the wheels, that can cause damage to the transmission since the oil pump is not running. Good luck Clint
