1999 Camry won't start and there is no clicking, what is my next step?

1999 Toyota Camry with over 206,000 miles. Car was running fine, stopped to get gas and car would not restart. Finally got it started about 1/2 hour later and got it home. I have not been able to get it started since, no clicking noise. Everything else; lights, windows, radio, works fine. The starter motor was replaced in 2012. My thoughts are the solenoid or ignition switch, car does not start in neutral, so it not the neutral safety switch.
