What is your question?
After it sits a couple days, cool weather, not extreme, starts but will not idle until warmed up at 2000 rpm for a few minutes.

Could have a dirty, sticky idle control valve, bad MAP sensor, incorrect fuel pressure etc.. I'd suggest to take it to a repair shop and let them diagnose it. Zee
The problem you have described can come from many different sources. It could be the coolant temperature sensor not communicating to the cars computer the correct coolant temperature and therefore the computer cannot properly adjust the idle until warm. Idle air control motors are also common to fail. This type of failure can be diagnosed using the proper equipment. Most shops would require the vehicle to be dropped off the night before so that testing can be done while duplicating the problem in the morning as described. Even if it is intermittent the test procedures cold will most likely show the source of your problem.
