Why does the 2 driver side vents blow cooler than the pass. side?

I would have the system tested to insure it is full. A system that is low on refrigerant will not put out cold air at all vents.

There isn't an electrically or vacuum controlled door like some American cars, it is simple cable operation. It's difficult to see as everything is behind or under the dash.
