What is your question?
I vae replaced the battery a few months ago so the battery is fairly new. Also replaced the alternator about 6 months ago. The car starts but it takes a few turns to get it to start..and at night the lights flicker as i drive ..the headlights and the lights in the car dim and then go back to normal..when i roll down the window the car almost shuts off completely. When I turn on the heat, I hear a subtle noise ..Anybody know what this could be?

You have an electrical abnormality, to say the least. it could be corrosion which causes very high electrical resistance. The best thing to do is to do very accurate voltage drops across all the of circuits. starting with the battery and grounds. move your way up into the inside fuse panel. If you don' t know how to do this, then go to a really good electrical diagnostic shop with tech who is really sharp at 'voltage drops'.
Bring your car into the dealership. I am sure the they will solve the issue. Maybe there has been a recall on your car. Good luck
Check the wire harness in the trunk. The harness tees off along the left hinge for the lights on the the trunk lid. Check for damaged wires.
