Worth replacing head gasket?

Only you can make that decision. If it meets your needs, has nothing else wrong with it, is paid off, cannot afford a newer one or the payments if cannot pay cash, etc. then may be worth the repair. Someone on here should be able to tell you how long these engines may last. May want to replace engine depending on the rest of the answers to the above criteria.
