Why won't my key turn past Acc for my toyota camry 1997 and the wheel isn't locked?

I got out to go to the store and when I came back and tried to start my car the key wouldn't turn past Acc I don't know why my car wheel isn't locked or anything like that the key just won't turn past ACC I can take the key in and out no problem

Possible your ignition cylinder needs to be replace ( tumblers on the cylinder its not letting the key turn all the way )
