What would cause the air to stop coming through my vents when turned on?

Hello, if you press the AC button and the whole engine stalls, you most likely have a seized air conditioning compressor. When you turn it on, it goes from free spinning pulley to engaging - and the belt is gripping so hard that it stalls the engine. This is a serious issue that will need to be resolved.
