What is your question?
1. Turn on/off radio get loud popping, crackling (like there's a short somewhere). Has worsened over last 4 years. Now I rarely listen to radio/cd system. 2. Strange noise coming from dashboard, almost like a low sizzling, crackling, rattle. Thought items in glove compartment were the culprit. Was intermittent at first, seemed to be at 65 mph, but now it's any speed. Seems to be getting worse. Note: 4 years ago, spilled juice got in the gear console area. When I turn on lights, sometimes have to gently tap on console to light-up. 3. Right turn signal blinks real fast (changed bulb twice)--seems to happen more when temps or colder. Temps warmer (70+) so blinks normal. But if temps cold in the morning, blinks fast and then normal later when temps increase. FYI: Major maintenance/repairs on Camry Feb & May 2011 include: Three O2 sensors replaced, catalytic converter replaced, brake-booster washer replaced, egr?? system cleaned, front/rear brakes, tune-up (wires/plugs) timing belt, drive belts, water pump, oil change, transmission flush. Initially failed smog test (check engine light issues). Thanks for any feedback. Need input before going to local automotive facility.

THE RADIO ISSUE SOUNDS LIKE A BAD AMPLIFIER, IF IT IS FACTORY BASE RADIO IS USUALLY BUILT IN, UPGRADED SYSTEMS IS USUALLY A SEPERATE PART. THE RATTLE IN DASH WOULD HAVE TO SEE IT/HEAR IT TO BE ABLE TO ADVISE ON WHAT MIGHT BE CAUSE, THERE ARE MANY THINGS THAT CAN CAUSE WHAT YOUR DESCRIBING, THE CONSOLE LIGHTING ISSUE MAY IN FACT BE DUE TO THE SPILED BEVERAGE-VERY COMMON. THE TURN SIGNAL IS A BAD SOCKET THAT THE BULB GOES INTO- OR CONNECTION-AGAIN VERY COMMON. HOPE THIS INO WAS HELPFUL, FEEL FREE TO GIVE ME A RING WITH ANY QUESTIONS.
