Hey Mike, It helps to have a seal puller and seal installer tool, but it's not necessary if you're careful. Use a pick or a thin screwdriver to get the old seals out, be very careful to not scratch the shaft or housing the seal sits in. Put a little oil on the sealing surface before installation, then tap it in slowly so that is goes in straight and doesn't get cocked in there. Go slow and make sure you don't roll the seal lip over, or it will leak. It's hard to explain, and pictures or video would be easier to understand, but I hope this helps.
