Hello, we can't possibly guess without hands on testing what is causing your trouble codes to be set in the engine's processor. So, definitively, testing must be performed to find out what's wrong and what must be done to repair your concern. P0110 is a malfunction of the intake air temperature reading, possibly related to a sensor concern, a wiring concern, a processor concern, P0770 pertains to "shift solenoid SL malfunction". This could be from a faulty shift solenoid, lock up clutch, or valve body physical blockage. I would never even think of rushing to judgement to replace your torque converter in this circumstance. And the codes do not appear to be related, meaning multiple failures are likely. Again, hands on testing is required to find out what is going on and get a definitive diagnosis!
