driver belt

Drive belt is what drives the accessories at front of engine-power steering, water pump, alternator, air conditioning compressor. There are "V" shaped belts and flat ribbed serpentine belts that tend to run everything with the one serp belt. Apcl belt I have no idea. The rotor question could be a brake rotor or distributor rotor inside the dist cap. I do not know what a regulator rotor is though.
