cylinder 4 misfire

Are you getting spark to the #4 spark plug? Is the injector for #4 cylinder working OK? How is the compression in #4 cylinder? Make sure there isn't a vacuum leak near the #4 cylinder on the intake manifold. If there is any EGR piping near #4 cylinder intake runner, make sure it is not dumping EGR gasses into #4 cylinder.
