1996 toyota camry 3.0l wont start on cold morning or cold weather

Is the engine turning over? I assume it is if you are replacing these other components but just wanted to make sure. Intake gaskets could be brittle and leaking in cold weather causing difficult start up as well. Definitely several possibilities so it would need a good diagnostic done somewhere.
