Does anyone know how could I get the door to open. It will not open from the inside or outside and I will not destroy the door just to get it open. Thank you,

Are the door handles broken? or is the door stuck due to some misalignment? If they are broken you might be able to take the plastic piece off and then pull the metal rod that activates the latch mechanism. http://www.toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=264887
I had the same problem I just broke the handle from outside and opened it by puching the rods inside that hold handle
