Bought my car and it has 173,500 on it right now. Sea foamed car, fuel smell now

Well, I bought the car a few months ago and needless to say, the oil needs to be changed. I hit a curb unfortunately so I probably have a small fuel leak. Thanks for your input. I will change the oil as it is almost 6,000 miles past due. P.S, I get about 300 miles per tank so I think I'm doing pretty good on fuel.
