My friend pulled the fuses out to see if they were good put them back in now my car will not start not even with a jump no lights nothing
How long has your 1994 Toyota Camry had this problem?

Sounds like a fuse is either now not providing the needed continuity in the right spot, or that the wrong fuse is in then wrong place. Have each fuse checked to ensure the right one is in then right place.
