How do I go about finding cause of multiple failures all at once?

I've had my 94 camry for almost a year with no problems and it'starting to act up. First, my washer fluid all sprayed out while the car was off. There was also smoke coming from the washer fluid switch inside the car. I didn't add new washer fluid afterwards. A few weeks later,the AC and power windows went out at the same time. I replaced a 15v fuse in fuse box and they both came back on. Very next day car shuts off after I crank it and before I can turn the ignition back to the off position, it tries to crank again. Car never shuts off while driving but it will shut off when being cranked. Also makes noises when it shuts off. Transmission also began to run loud while sitting idle. I've stopped driving it until I can get it looked at but I'd like to have an idea of what I'm getting into
