Ok Im sure this has been answered before so if it has im sorry. I have recently bought this camry it went great for a few days but after thrashing it one night (terrible idea) Its accelaration has become bad to the point where today it made heaps of noise and didnt want to move much. It slowly creeps up. but has no issue cruising quietly once up to 80km/h but makes heaps of noise and slow accelaration to get there. changing gear does nothing to change this. Hope ive provided enough information

sounds like trans problems. take it to a shop and have it checked. Roy
my car has the same problem(93 camry v6) I just adjusted my ignition timing and now I can step full throttle, and the car creeps slowly, then eventually gets going. But if I warm it up good before I go, I find no problems. Im gonna put my ig. timing back to where it was and see if that corrects it.
There is the odd clutch buning smell iv noticed also could this indicate clutch needs replacing? and this could be solution?
