a/c heat air flow problem

hello joan it appears that there is a servo motor located on the heater box. it is possible that it can be in the switch assembly although most common is the servo motor. this is an electric motor that should be tested prior to replacement so parts are not changed that are not needed any questions call warren wayne Valero service center 973-694-1653
