What is the cause when dashboard light sign come on,brakes light & charge sign?

What is your question?

When you step the brake pedal, light on the dashboard always on, then drains the battery. I did change the brake light switch but same problems. Alternator and starter are good.

I toke them to AutoZone i let them do the testing. (starter and alt). Sounds like the alternator was a problem also because when the engine is running then remove both battery cable engine died.

Is better to have a qualified shop test the alternator on the vehicle. You may have inbolted the problem when removed for the Auto Zone testing. Secondly you should never ever unbolt battery cables when is running. The ecm could be fried now. Who said to do that?
