What is your question?
after the moter warms up and has been driven for a bit the motor revs up and down rapidly when put in to park. It stops when shut off and restarted

It could be many things difficult to guess at with out being able to do some basic diagnostic tests or experience the problem first hand. Check the coolant level, low coolant level or bad coolant temperature switch could cause a surging idle. A vacuum leak, bad idle air control valve or O2 sensor could all cause this problems as well.

Theses are known for EGR system problems. You may want to look into this as a source. Check the Big rubber tube going into the engine from the air box - if it has any rubber cracks it needs to be replaced. Good Luck
