AC on passenger side blows hot air

Sounds like a possible concern with the dual zone climate control system. There are temperature blend door motors on both the driver's and passenger sides. If one motor does not switch to "cold" as needed, It may continue to blow hot air while the other side works properly and blows cold. Have the climate control system tested.
