Hello, Transmission repair, like many other major repairs, cannot be quoted without detailed inspection and disassembly. Reason being is that many times a transmission could be the culprit, or the transmission control unit, torque converter, shift solenoid, or even a single sensor could be the issue. Diagnostics will need to be performed before the repair can be quoted. If you are dead set on replacing the entire transmission, you will still need the vehicle present for a quote, as there are components that could be changed or preserved depending on functionality.
