horn will not blow

Fuse could be blown, horn shorted out or burned out. Try running power directly to the horn and check the wiring going to the horn. Could also be a spiral cable problem in the steering wheel.

Hi Carol - Did you ever find out what was the problem that is preventing the horn from blowing? My 2000 Avalon is having the same issue. I have already changed the spiral cable and the horn (mounted at the front of the car), yet the horn only works intermittently. Thanks!!!!
