What is your question?
I have a 2007 Toyota Avalon w/ 68,000 miles, I have had no problems since new, for the past couple months sometimes I unable to lock/unlock with remote or with the switch, SOMETIMES it works just fine. I realized that when I lock the car with remote and doesn't hear the beep then the driver door doesn't lock, but if I manually turn the knob (on door panel) to LOCK position then I could hear the beep, all other doors lock/unlock ok. If anyone experience the same problems with Toyota and have some tricks please advice. I do appreciate for your tips. Thanks!!!!!...

This is what happens when the battery in your keyfob is starting to lose juice. Try replacing the battery in the keyfob and see if that helps.
We also have a 2007 that had a 100% failure of all the door locks. But Toyota says this is not a chronic problem. They offered $750.00 for a $2200.00 problem. I have bought Toyotas since 1974 exclusively. Never had any issues with their Corollas, or their Camrys.
most likely a problem with door lock actuator for door having problem locking
