sorry, mis read it. you need to check for power to the wiper motor. it is located under the plastis shielding at the winshield.
remove the wiper arms by releasing the nut that secures it to the wiper trans, the plastic cover will come up after you remove the clips that hold it down.
the wiper motor will be exposed and then you can check for power in the low and high speed. chances are you have a failed motor. you can get it at any parts store and is a very straight forward replacement.
