Have not used the car for 4 months. Should I expect some problem.

Hello, 4 Months is not good for gasoline stability. And any time a vehicle is not driven across a change in season, there is likely some condensation building in fuel and oils. I recommend changing oil any time a vehicle is stored for longer than a couple months, even if it was changed prior to. As for the fuel, when boats are stored for winter, they use fuel stabilizer, or they drain the tanks and fuel lines... there is a lot of wisdom in those two actions. At the end of the day, it will likely start right away, but may not run well. Also, check for animal homes inside the engine bay, and air intake tube(s). If there is a pile of rodent feces, you may find electrical issues like I have.
