Hello, the only thing you can really do from home is make sure the transmission fluid level is full and the fluid looks clean and does not smell burnt. Other than that, your Toyota will need to be evaluated by a technician who is trained in Toyota's and their driving performance and transmissions. You could have an electrical transmission concern, a mechanical internal concern, or an engine performance concern.
