Check engine light on PO353

First off ensure you have #3 cylinder it should be the middle cylinder in the back of the engine. With the key on engine off or engine running the red wire at the ignition coil should have 12v volts, the white /black wire should be ground all the time the other two wires are controlled by the ECM (computer and are tested using an oscilloscope). Could be a broken wire of a bad driver in the ECU.
