What is your question?
I used my windshield wipers to help remove snow. Now they will not turn on. I replaced the motor once already. It has 202,000 miles

Hello, without seeing it I am guessing, but start by checking to make sure the wiper arms are tight and that all the fuses are good. It could be a motor, by that is less likely than a blown fuse or loose arm. Jim
I agree with the answer above, if all ok with that, did you get a circuit board with the new motor or did you transfer to new motor, if you transferred you may have a circuit board issue, the board sets speed, park mode and powers the motor
