Can you describe the noise? Possible stabilizer link, CV joint, ball joint issue etc. Is there any vibration or pulling of the steering wheel while driving? More info. please or take to a shop for a diagnosis.
Possible splash guard has come loose and rubbing against the tire or the coil spring has cracked and the front should visibly be lower on that side. Lastly, check the brake pads and rotor on that side for unusual wear. It could be a brake caliper starting to fail or the slider pins in it are freezing in the extended position.
