First timing belt was replaced at 75,000 miles approximately 10 years ago. Car now has 110,000 miles. How soon should 2nd replacement be required?

Hello, the maintenance manual for the vehicle suggests replacement at 90,000 miles. Other manufacturers suggest 7 years as a time limit. I'm inclined to go with that conservative number: replace a timing belt every 7 years, or at 90,000 miles for this vehicle, to be on the safe side.
