i've replaced the 02 sensor twice what will happen if I don't replace it?

Why have you replaced it twice? What testing have you performed that has led you to replace it? My guess is that there is a problem that has not been diagnosed, and instead a "code" has been misinterpreted as a diagnosing tool instead of being used to give clues to help a hands on diagnostic test.
