The car has 60,000 miles but there's no mention of the timing belt in the owner's manual.

MY PROGRAM TELLS ME AT 90K MILES OR 8 TO 10 YEARS OLD. WE ALWAYS LIKE TO DO TIMING BELT, WATER PUMP AND OIL SEALS. DRIVE BELTS TOO IF NEEDED. I AM AT BOB DAVIS AUTO REPAIR IF YOU NEED TO CALL ME. VINNY 561-585-4341
90,000 miles is fine to replace the timing belt. You should also replace the water pump at the same time
they say 90,000 but I would replace it between 85,000 & 88,000 just to be safe because you don't want that timing belt to pop because then you risk a chance of valve damage
