What is your question?
My check light stays on, although I have no other symptoms. Someone told me it might need oxygen sensors. What is that and about how much do they run? Another said I may have emissions issues. I don't see any leakage, I did hear a "ticking" sound once when I turned the car off, but I haven't heard it again. I need my car and I can't get it inspected with the check light on-what shuld I do?

take to a shop to someone who will not guess and give you an exact case and bid for repair. Roy
IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN 90 K ON THE CAR O2SENSOR IS WHAT IS THE COUSE MAKE THE ENGINE LIT COME'S ON ,BUT REAL PROBLEM IS YOUR EGR CANSTER HAVE TO BE REPLACE UNDER REAR SEAT.
go to autozone, oreilly, schucks, etc. they will read your cel (check engine light) code for free, give u a read out. and then do reasearch online for fairest price. dont go cheap. stay oem. and dont forget the o2 gasket as well. some i.e denso come with gasket..goodluck
Dealer wanted 350 to fix. Go to advance auto and the part is 199. Takes 10 minutes to fix. They will show you where its located.
