Motor is locked replace it or car

Depends on condition of the rest of the car. Tires, brakes, transmission. Engine is going to cost, at minimum $2,000 to have it replaced. Most likely can not replace the car for that amount of money.

My replacement estimates in Cleveland Ohio area have been $3,000 to $3500. Any chance engine can b unfrozen?
