What is your question?
the trunk light went out and the guy who pulled it thought it was a fuse, but it was the actual light bulb. in the meantime he tried a "similar fuse" which apparently blew the actual fuseto the interior dome, & vanity lights. the bulbs are not blown but I cant locate a fuse to check for them.

Fuse #7,in under hood fuse box,7.5 amp>NO LARGER,NO SMALLER! sounds like when "guy" pulled the bulb out in the trunk(maybe using a screwdriver or something metal),it shorted to ground and blew the 7.5 amp fuse? the power door locks, clock, and the ignition switch light probably don't work either? post findings..
You are right about all of it. I knew the ignition switch light and clock were not working but the power door locks didn't work earlier. I never noticed it before until you said it, but GOD BLESS YOU, once I relaxed after reading your email. Thank you so much! I hope you have a totally gorgeous weekend and then some. I will be out with the dawn to pull & CK. the fuse. Again thank you ! I pd. $25 for a repair manual and couldn't pinpoint the fuse in it!
I thought that may have happened. that fuse is small and may appear not to be blown but, either test it with a volt meter,a test light or just put a new one in it(usually some spares in the fuse box, unless already used and not replaced. that repair manual probably don't have the fuse locations/sizes in it,you need an owners manual for that info.good luck, post findings..... copy and paste link below, owners manual PDF File see page 231 for fuses. 1999 Toyota Avalon Owners Manual and Warranty - Toyota Owners https://www.toyota.com/owners/resources/owners-manuals/avalon/1999
well,did you find the problem?
