Engine seized. Did not overheat before it shutdown at highway speed. Won't crank

Can it be unfrozen? Tried to crank it manually, wont turn. Just spent $3000 on it. Told garage to change out oil pump, but they said it didn't need it

WE WOULD NEED TO LOOK AT THE VEHICLE IT COULD BE THE TIMING BELT, OR IT COULD BE A BENT VALVE IF TIMING BELT BROKE. BUT IF THE ENGINE IS SEIZED YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO TURN IT OVER. IT MAY NEED REPLACED. WE CAN DO THAT HERE AT TPS TIRE AND SERVICE CENTER. IF YOU WANT TO ASK ME ANY QUESTIONS MY NAME IS TOM 330273-8770.
