What is your question?
Been needing jumps lately because when we got hit, the door lights always stay on so we unhook the battery cables so we won't need a jump. Too many lights on inside the car when we got hit. This problem really started when we changed the fuses to get the ac to work. No auto shop has the correct relay switch for the fans because we were going to change this too. Loud jet sounding noise, and car has no power. Only goes 15 to 30 miles per hr and a lot of sputtering.
What makes this problem better or worse?
Its worse when I drive, it's only going 15 miles per hour
How long has your 1999 Toyota Avalon had this problem?

I can't even begin to imagine here. I can say you need a better shop. This all seems so haphazard and reckless. Start looking at where you "got hit". There could be a wiring issue there.
