my toyota avalon sometimes starts to run rough after I get gas ...or sometimes after I have used the Cruise control someone said could be a vacume issue ??? any ideas

Could be many things, the best thing is to perform a diagnosis of the fuel management system. Check diagnostic codes, fuel mixture settings, vacuum leaks and fuel pressure.
