1998 Avalon AC issue

What is your question?

I have a 98 Avalon Heater control valve works fine when I manually switch it from hot to cold but the pin that pulls the switch back and forth has stopped moving and is stuck so i took it off the switch. The HTR 50amp fuse looks blown as well, any ideas would be appreciated
