You can get the struts for 85 bucks each, the bearing and covers another 100 for all 4 rack and pinion for about 250 (non oem ) Wheel bearings aroun 150 for both so figure out 1 hour labor for each strut another hour for the bearings and 2 hours for the rack plus 60 to 80 bucks for alingment at a dealer it will be about 180 per hour labor and they will use oem parts at a mechanic it will be 80 to 100 per hour of labor and you can tell them to use after market parts. Or you can do it yourself and save about 1900 from your estimate and about a days worth of work. most car part stores will loan you the special tools (spring compressor) and you can by an aircompressor and tools with the money you save
