My heat blows out cold air. It was blowing out hot heat, then all of a sudden it was cold.

I was sitting in my car, with the heat on and it was HOT! So I changed the temperature from 90 to about 75 (has the dial knob) when I went to put it back on 90, it started blowing cold air. We already checked the antifreeze, and it was good.
