Lifting my 2007 4Runner.

What is your question?

I am looking to lift my 2007 4Runner. What products should I look for to do this? I was looking at maybe coil-overs and spacers, but I don't know how this compares to new shocks or a lift kit. What brands should I look at that aren't going to be awful? I am looking to lift the car about 2-3 inches. Thank you so much.
