My brakes are making a noise when I let go of the brake.

What is your question?

It sounds like there is a bat in the car and its hitting something then rolling back. It happens after I was going a little fast over a speed bump like maybe 10-15 mph, so not very fast. It only happens when i let go of the brake.

What makes this problem better or worse?
