Oil pan plug leaking at 66K

What is your question?

66,000 miles on the truck, oil has been changed 14 times by the same shop. Since the last oil change it has been leaking oil. Previously it had never leaked a drop. Took it back to the shop. They have replaced the oil plug and the gasket. It still leaks. Now I am told that the threads in the oil pan are worn out and it needs a new oil pan. Has anybody else had this problem? Comments would be appreciated. Thanks
